The Good Food Institute (GFI) is an international nonprofit think tank working to make the global food system better for the planet, people, and animals. As an international network of organizations, we advance alternative proteins to help meet climate, global health, food security, and biodiversity goals.
Our global student movement, the Alt Protein Project (APP), is dedicated to turning universities into engines for alternative protein education, research, and innovation. Over 30 student leaders of the APP are at FPP this year; we encourage you to connect with them over their research, industry-academia partnerships, and other collaboration opportunities!
